Applications Invited for Temporary Security Guard Posts at Sabarimala Temple, Pamba, and Nilakkal Temples

In connection with the Mandala–Makaravilakku festival, applications are invited for the post of Temporary Security Guard at the Sabarimala, Pamba, and Nilakkal temples.

This year, the focus is on ensuring adequate staffing for the Security Guard Posts at Sabarimala Temple.

Eligibility:
Opportunities are open to ex-servicemen and retired personnel from the State Police, Excise, Fire Force, Forest Department, and similar forces.

Daily Wage: ₹900

Qualifications:
Applicants must be Hindu males. They should possess good physical fitness and have a minimum of five years of work experience in the above-mentioned forces.

Age Limit:
Applicants must not have completed 67 years of age as on January 20, 2026.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on an interview.

Applicants who have previously submitted applications and attended the interview need not apply again.

Selected candidates will be provided free accommodation and food.
